· Assistance in the development of good associations with target communities through regular meetings and informal discussions.
· Responsible for supplying reports on the entry negotiations along with other access things across the mission.
· Create and maintain informal or formal relations and a network of connections permitting the assortment of diverse access/security info.
· Be offered to extend help on the access focal points across the provinces of operation Plan standard and ad hoc visits to all field offices in session with the Snr. HA supervisor and the DDS.
· Travel with expat staff when shifting from Kabul on the provinces/ vice versa.

· Accompany/escort the IRC’s international staff for movement within Kabul or Field when asked/necessary.
· Monitor and analyse the social/political/humanitarian context in his/her domain of duty and also give weekly or maybe ad hoc updates.
· Investigation and collect any useful info and information relating to the strategic development and positioning of IRC in the nation.
· He/she is going to be accountable for liaising between IRC programming staff members and community representatives to: Sensitize communities on IRC programming.
· Talk about and report back on community needs to IRC program focal points.
· Add to enhance IRC’s community acceptance through developing significant communication channels.
· Support IRC programming staff members in managing needs assessments when necessary.
· Participate in IRC’s meetings to provide inputs regarding humanitarian access.
· Update each month (or when required) the accessibility template in liaison with the FCs and field level access agents.
· Keep oversight of the JOPs for adherence/failures near the IRC staff members or maybe outside partners & escalate towards the SMT for actions.
· Virtually any alternative related task as requested by the boss.
Education minimum Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of work experience in humanitarian access/public relation/community mobilization/ social integration/humanitarian response, a managerial level knowledge will be an extra benefit.
· At least related bachelor’s degree from recognised University
· Communication, advocacy, engagement, negotiations
· Critical thinking, crisis response , alertness
· Fluency in Pashto, Dari along with a working amount of English
· Personal computer abilities (including MS Word, Access, Excel, and internet) an advantage
· Ability to work closely, by a professional, along with constructively with all of others irrespective of nationality, tribe, race, religion, gender, ethnicity, or perhaps cultural background
