Our team is looking for a manager with considerable experience to join us in Dubai, UAE. Your responsibilities will include ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Duties and Obligations
If you are participating in bigger projects, you may have the responsibility of overseeing smaller tasks or leading a separate part of the project on your own.
· Ensure that projects are delivered as per schedule and budget, and with successful results.
· Create and execute project plans to achieve client goals.
Managing Client Relationships: Serve as the main contact for senior client stakeholders.
· Recognize and actively seek out opportunities to broaden the range of services offered in order to better serve clients’ requirements.
· Develop and maintain solid, enduring connections with customers, establishing a foundation of trust and reliability.
Business Development – Identifying potential business prospects and seeking out new clients.

Supervising a group of consultants and analysts: Oversee small teams of consultants and analysts to guarantee effective and top-notch project completion.
· Serve as a mentor for a team of up to five individuals, supporting and facilitating their career advancement and progress.
· Providing helpful feedback and guidance is crucial for the success of a team.
Financial supervision: Keep track of and guarantee that the financial goals of the projects are achieved.
· Ensure control of the finances, resources and expenditures of the project.
· Create routine reports to assess the progress and financial success of the project.
Assurance of Quality: Make sure that all deliverables meet or even exceed the client’s expectations.
· Conduct detailed reviews and offer suggestions for enhancing deliverables.
Problem Solving and innovation: Overcome project obstacles by applying successful strategies.
· Promote creative proposals to improve procedures and results.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Experience: 2-5 yrs of experience managing IT / software services projects or roles related to this.
· Proficiency in overseeing projects and handling clients.
· Proven capacity to effectively oversee teams and engage with stakeholders.
· A bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for IT or Software Services related disciplines, is required for this position.
· Abilities: – Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to handle client connections.
· Ability to solve complex problems and make intelligent decisions.
· Skills in leadership, such as motivating and directing a group of individuals.
· Ability to effectively deal with project budgets through financial management skills.
· Understanding of tools and techniques used in project management.
