2. Key Responsibilities
Our manufacturing team is looking for a Machine Operator who is going to have the following primary roles:
· Operating and monitoring machines involves operating and overseeing machinery to achieve production targets, while also upholding consistent standards of quality and safety.
· Quality Control involves frequent monitoring of products and machine processes to detect any flaws and implement the required modifications to ensure they meet set quality benchmarks.
· Routine maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain the basic machine, troubleshoot any minor problems and notify the Maintenance team of major malfunctions.
· Record and report production data with precision, including output quantities and machine efficiency, and provide reports to the production manager.
· Working closely with team members, which includes operators, supervisors, and quality control teams, to make sure seamless production processes and meet common objectives.
· Other tasks may be assigned based on the role, including programming CNC machines or conducting quality control inspections by NDT.

· Individuals who hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering are strongly encouraged to submit an application.
