Work Overview
The Senior Director, EmployeeExperience & ChangeManagement is liable for shaping and alsogiving you an enriching employee expertise, promoting a good, inclusive, andengagingworkplaceculture. This role fuses strategic leadership of Duty of CareEmployeeRelations, Organizational Changefunctionalequipment to make certain policies, and methods align with our Strategy hundred and people and Culture (P&C) department ‘s Purpose. The Senior Director is going to work collaboratively with different P&C COEs and Partners to createa lifestyle of inclusion, integrity, respect, and trust through the entirebusiness. S/he is going to be a core fellow memberof the P&C Senior Leadership Teamas well asin charge of amplifying the voice of the worker, leveraging insights to pushinnovative changes to your office experience.
•Partner with P&C functional leads and departments across IRC to create and execute programs along with initiatives whichreflect IRCs thinkingon a dynamic future of labor and very best prepares the group for the long term.

•In partnership with the Chief GEDI Officer along with other Senior P&C leaders, create a cohesive approachwhich aligns growth opportunities, inclusivity, and engagement, to developan inclusive and high-trust culture.
•Champion initiatives that elevate and alsoenforce IRC’s organizational standardscultivating a culture aimed with core values and exemplary behavior among staff members for example the IRC Way Day.
•Lead initiativesto improvejust how IRC manages employee issuesemployee ‘s experienceof theprocedurethenmanager ‘s employeerelationscapabilities.
•Partner with InternalCommunicationsto ensureefficient change communication, offering support mechanisms, and alsoencouraging employee engagement for effective change initiatives creating an atmosphere where peopleconstantlyflourish in a powerful workplace •Establish and directan innovative organizational design groupconcentrated on strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, adaptability, and objective alignment with knowledge in tradition and change management.

Desired qualifications and Experience: •15+ years relatedexpert experience, with a minimum offiveyearsin a leadership roleinhigh growthcomplicated global organizations.
•Demonstrated expertise in a similar functionhaving a focus on employee knowledge, organizational behavior and transformation, internal communications.
•Demonstrated dedication to diversity, equality, inclusionand belonging with a history ofapplying GEDI initiatives.
•Have a proventrack record of influencing and also partnering with stakeholders across organizational levels.

Compensation:
Posted pay ranges apply to US based candidates. Ranges are based on numerous factors which includes the labor market, internal equity, job type, and finances. Exact offers are calibrated by jobareaunique candidate expertise and abilitiesdistant relative to the outlined job requirements.
