Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls and also route calls to certain people
· Greet visitors warmly and make sure the very best customer support for guests
· Schedule meetings and arrange appointments
· Coordinate mail flow in and also from work Take and relay messages.
· Update appointment calendars.
· Schedule follow up appointments.
Requirements:
· Education (Bachelors Degree in virtually any discipline)
